why Wilson has to resign?

I don't see his point! for House is not to blame for AMBER's death. She would have die one way or another. Fate is not something one can handle.
If Wilson leaves his job it does not mean he was going to forget what has happened neither to be better.
Truth is that his resignation would be the show more interesting ( more than it really is rigth now!!).
Will see..

It's a hard question if we are thinking as it would be real life..
I mean, that in in the show it's nothing more than an interesting plot twist..
But if we're thinking about what makes human do this, than it is more difficult question to answer.. Maybe Wilson believes that leaving a problem behind him reduces the pain, he is feeling.. There are some category of people who "solve" their problems hiding or running from them.. I'm not sure if Wilson is such kind of person.. Actually, I think that he is afraid of memories and every look at House will make him suffer more and more.. And another thing about Wilson which I wanted to mention somewhere is his guilt. Of course, he blames House for everything what had happened but that's just condition before resignation to his own guilt.. Personally, I think that House hadn't done anything wrong.. It was just coincidence that Wilson wasn't at home at that time.. That's all.. And I totally agree with you that fate is not something one can handle.. It is not easy to accept destiny and resign to it, but House did everything he could.. He almost died wanting to find out what had happened.. I don't see his guilt. It's sad that Wilson, who recently lost the love of his life, now is risking to loose his best friend for nothing..

It's a very interesting comment. And I agree with it. But now I want to ask you soemthing : Why do you say that Wilson is guilty? Tell me I really want to know it.
In some point once Wilson has done his mouring He will be back to House as usaul. It will not be the same friendship he had before, it will be a much more mature relationship, I think.
