 When a six-year-old boy is brought in with the same symptoms as another patient who died years ago under House's care, House believes the cases are identical and he can predict the course of the boy's illness. Meanwhile, the clinic hosts a poker night to benefit the oncology department.

| - House knows exactly where to go to locate the file of the patient he "lost" many years before, even though there are thousands and thousands of such files in hundreds of faded, strewn-around boxes, in the archives - with no computer inventory. Had he looked at that file a number of times throughout the intervening years?
- And if so, had this woman's long-ago death inspired him to save more patients? I think a series of flash-backs is overdue, hmmm? (Yes, I know - it's just a show.)
