After recovering from his gunshot wounds, House works feverishly on two cases at the same time: a paralyzed man who drove his wheelchair into a swimming pool and a woman who became paralyzed after a yoga session.

Cuddy and Wilson decide not to tell House that his treatment was correct and that the Cortisol he wanted to give to the patient (Richard) improves his condition.

Even though he is pain-free and without a cane, he should still be limping with the loss of thigh muscles.
