When doctors are unable to diagnose why a severely autistic boy screams loudly for no apparent reason, House takes the case. As the boy's condition worsens, it becomes obvious that House relates to the boy because he has no social niceties.

    • As with the previous episode, they again confuse Pleural Edema (fluid within the lungs) with Pleural Effusion (fluid surrounding the lungs).

    • If the liver was infected with worms, Adam's lungs would have been enlarged (Nephromegaly) and possibly inflamed (Nephritis) and would have shown up on the liver screening.

    • Raccoon Worms are pretty big and its hard to believe they would not have been noticed sooner.
