On House and Cuddy's flight from Singapore a passenger gets ill and Cuddy suspects an epidemic. At the hospital, Wilson leads the team as they deal with a middle-aged woman suffering from seizures.

  • House's Case: Vomiting, red blotches on back, fever, feverish convulsions, loss of color (pigment).
  • Wilson's Case: Seizures, fainting
Team mis-diagnoses:
  • House's Case: Meningitis, Drug Mule, Food Poisoning, Radiation Poisoning
  • Wilson's Case: Breast Cancer

  • Wilson's Case: Chase and Cameron break into the patients home and have sex instead of searching for toxins.
House's "Aha!" moment:
  • House's Case: The patient's pain increases/decreases upon pressure to the joints, he also finds a SCUBA certification card in Pang's wallet.
POTW final diagnosis:
  • House's Case: The Bends. Pang surfaced too quickly after scuba-diving, and getting on the airplane made things a lot worse.
  • Wilson's Case: The patient's home was built when heating systems were connected to another home, so when her neighbor fumigated, the fumes reached her own home and poisoned her, killing her cat in the process.

  • House's Case: Cuddy and another young woman on the plane, both seemed to have the same symptoms as Pang, but were only caused by panic (imagined symptoms - "monkey see - monkey do").

    This is probably my all-time favorite episode at the moment. I don't know exactly why, but it probably has to do with all the character chemistry and fantastic acting by the cast. =]

    That dresser cat sort of creeps me out though. Also the scene where Chase and Cameron....well....had sex in the patient's house was sort of weird too.

    I even have this episode on my iPod from before they stopped selling them on iTunes! =]
