With his diagnostic team gone, House tries to diagnose a young woman who survived an office building collapse. With the condition getting worse, Cuddy puts pressure on House to hire a new team, but instead attempts a differential diagnosis with help from the janitor.

House team's rule violation(s) / ethical breaches:	House introduces a janitor to Megan's family as Dr. Buffer so that the janitor can act as an assistant. 2) When the janitor refuses to break into Megan's home, House invites Wilson to lunch and instead takes him to the home and breaks a window to get in.
House's "Aha!" moment:	Realizing it is the wrong girl! Megan had died and it was Liz they were treating. Both women had been misidentified.
POTW final diagnosis:	There was nothing wrong with her except trauma from the collapse. All the other symptoms had been caused by giving her the wrong medications due to the incorrect identification.
