| Other / clinic patient(s): | A man who was in a car accident the week before is waiting for House, when House enters the room, the man pulls out a knife and shoves it in the electrical socket. When House visits the man later on, he asks why he did it and the man simply tells him that he was technically dead for 97 seconds after the car accident and it was the best feeling he had. He felt that there was something more to mortal life, something that no hallucinogenic drug could do. Later on, House pages Cut-throat B*tch and electrocutes himself knowing that Amber was on her way. When he awakens to find Wilson waiting for him, he ignores the question of what he saw in the time his heart had stopped.
