House deals with a patient who mirrors the personality of anyone he meets. But if lets say House and Kutner were in the same room he would take on the more powerful person, so in this case, it would be House. Meanwhile, Foreman is put in charge of overseeing the fellowship candidates.

HOUSE EPISODE'S MEDICAL MYSTERY: PATIENT OF THE WEEK (POTW)

Location of incident:	In a backalleyway, the patient begins to cough violently while being mugged by two kids
Name / occupation / age / sex of POTW:	Robert Elliot/salesman of farming equipments/Male
POTW symptom(s):	Giovannini's Mirror Syndrome
Team mis-diagnose(s):	Fungal infection
House team's rule violation(s) / ethical breaches:	House orders Thirteen and Cole break into a car lot and inspect Elliots car
House's "Aha!" moment:	The team finds some lotion in a box along with receipts from restaurants, so House hands him the lotion, and he rubs on the bottom of his nose. House asks why he did that and the patient replies "because it doesn't smell like dung", and then House tells the team his findings
POTW final diagnosis:	Eperythrozoon infection
Other / clinic patient(s):	Before they cure him, they put House and Cuddy in a room with him, and since he takes on the alpha personality he took on Houses' and then he starts dancing.
