Still mourning the death of his girlfriend, Wilson resigns from Princeton-Plainsboro; House must determine if he is responsible for the death of his best friend's girlfriend; Thirteen struggles to treat a patient objectively.

  • House leaving the hospital and leaving the patient in the hands of his team in order to get Wilson involved; to realize why he shouldn't leave.

  • Will he or won't he? Will Wilson leave or will House be able to convince him to stay?

  • Cuddy tries to get House/Wilson to do counseling so that everything will get back to normal. She cancels House's cable and threatens to withhold Wilson's salary information to potential employers.
