Synopsis: House returns home to Princeton where he continues to focus on his recovery, but surprises Cuddy with the news that he’s making a big change in his life. Meanwhile, the team is unable to diagnose a loud-mouthed video game creator who posts each new symptom on the internet and opts for treatments suggested by the online community rather than by the doctors, and Foreman angles for House’s job, but the pressure to solve the case creates tension in his relationship with Thirteen.

| - When Taub and Thirteen go to Vince's office. They put on the helmets and play the virtual reality game.
- When Taub and Thirteen run tests to rule out Mercury poisoning because the patient told them to, thereby disobeying Foreman's orders to run a spinal stimulation.
- When Thirteen and Foreman walk into Vince's room and discover 2 other doctors in there. One of the doctor's recommends an MRI to rule out a brain tumor. Foreman disagrees and tells them his theory. He looks to Thirteen for backup and she says both ideas have merit. Foreman is clearly upset Thirteen didn't back him up.
- In the end, House shows Nolan the check for $25,000. He admits he went online and gave the diagnosis for the patient, Vince.
- Taub going to Foremen's office telling him that he quits.

The team struggles with whether to help a merciless dictator being subpoenaed for crimes against humanity in his country. Meanwhile, Wlson tries to make peace with a feuding neighbor, but House's prying exacerbates the problem.
