House and Cuddy share another night together after he gets back from the psych ward. The next morning Cuddy exhibits symptoms that stump everybody. House does everything in his power to diagnose her symptoms:minor blood clots,high fever and blood pressure, symptoms of having cancer, and liver failure followed by bizare change in emotions. House gets the team to run a number of tests while House comforts Cuddy in the patient room. While he waits with Cuddy for the test results, she tells him about her feelings for him and he walks out to talk to Wilson. Wilson convinces House to tell her how he feels about her before its too late, however the test results come back and cause more problems in order to solve the case. Then House has an epiphany while speaking to Cuddy about her symptoms. He figured what was wrong with her and she gets better in the next two days. She thanks House for curing her and kisses him in her office. House completley caught off guard, kisses her back. While they have their moment Wilson walks in and out without being noticed by the two, and smiles as he walks away.
