The craziest medical mystery on HOUSE MD is...HOUSE MD
1. "Skin Deep", 2x13
2. A young boy named Clancy is admitted displaying many unusual symptoms, which he claims are as a result of being abducted (by Aliens). House and his team must figure out what is really killing him, despite "out of this world" test results. Season 3, Episode 3x02 - "Cane & Able"
3. "Fetal Position" It was mostly Cuddy but without House these ideas probably would seem impossible to her. Was a beautiful scene and interesting case.
4. Episode 4x16 "Wilson's Heart"
5. Episode 4x15 "House's Head"
6. "Act Your Age," episode 3x19. A six year old girl has a stroke. House and his team must find out whats wrong with her before her brother dies of it too.

HOUSE'S MOST MAVERICK MANEUVER
1. House uses Stacy against Cuddy to allow his patient, an inmate on death row, admittance into the hospital (2x1, Acceptance)
2. House tries to gain access to an infected body held by the CDC by placing diuretic crystals in the guards donut...
3. In "Euphoria:Part 1" (Season 2, Episode 20), House shoots a corpse in the head to be able to test if the bullet is magnetic and see if a patient that has parts of a similar bullet embedded in his skull can be scanned by an MRI. The bullet is magnetic after all, thus breaking the MRI.
4.Performing an autopsy (to a living!) in order to help a nine year old girl with a cancer. (Season 2, Episode 2 - Autopsy )
5.Agreeing with Dr. Chase's suggestion to do an exploratory surgery to the unborn child.( Season 3, Episode 17- Fetal Position )
6.House sticks a pocket knife in an electrical socket to see if there is really an after life.
7. House placing a bet on whether or not he can open the door to Cuddy's apartment in 20 seconds implying that he'll be using a credit card. Chase and Foreman take the bet willingly and then he retrieves a key to the door from under a flowerpot.

1. House finally figures out what killed an elderly patient years ago, when a child comes in with the same symptoms - Season 2, Episode 2x17 - "All In"
2. House is able to run again and cools himself down one night in a fountain. He soon realizes that the patient wasn't trying to commit suicide but to drop his body temperature - Season 3, Episode 3x01 - "Meaning"
3. Wilson finally realizes that when House gets that look on his face, House is going to limp and/or run off to go help his patient. - "You Don't Want To Know"
4. When House sees a bed with flower print on it, he realizes that his patient had a severe allergic reaction. "Living the Dream" 4x14
5. House discovers that a patient tried to commit suicide after Wilson makes a comment about dying people being miserable. House gives a quick "I got to go." and runs out of the room. 3x22 "Resignation"

2.In "Mirror, Mirror" (episode 4x5) House dresses in clothes from the patient's car to find out where he was from, and realizes he lived on a pig farm.
3.In "Merry Little Christmas" when House is debating with a kid whether his stuffed animal is a dog or a bear, and with that he figures out that the dwarf is not a dwarf.
4. In the clinic, House realizes that a small child actually has a small metal cat up his nose because of the other toys the child has been sticking up his nose.
5. House diagnoses a patient with amyloidosis by staring dumbly at a red thong a clinic patient's daughter was wearing." (3x03 Informed Consent)
