Sorry everyone, I just watched the episode on DVD and although that one reporter may look like 13 a little, we never a close enough shot of her to identify her with certainty. If I had to vote on it, I'd say OW does not play the role of that reporter. That looks more like an extra to me.

Well, she may not be in the press, however, she was in the movie Alpha Dog. In the episode "Detox", Amanda Seyfried (the girlfriend of the patient) was also in Alpha Dog. Just thought I'd point that out
