Thirteens first name is actually Rena?
Aug 11 2008, 7:38 AM EDT http://www.fox.com/house/ If you click the "meet the staff" area and click on Hadley's portrait, it says "Thirteen"/Rena Hadley. This conflicts with the assumption that her name was Remy Hadley (found from the ballot in "Mirror, Mirror".) Its interesting because before i'm sure the fox website listed her name as "Remy Hadley" too. It actually makes one of House's sly comments more meaning: In "House's head", when House locks him and Hadley into the room with the bus driver, and he tells her to puncture him, Cuddy screams out "Dr. Hadley!!!" House replies with "Even she doesn't know your name". Maybe House was implying Cuddy never knew Hadley's true first name. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

I have to admit I don't recall ever seeing the name Remy anywhere on the Fox site, only in chat rooms, forums and the like so maybe we all had it wrong the whole time. I looked at that ballot on my recording of Mirror, Mirror and it still looks like Remy although we never get a clear shot of the words so Rena remains possible. I remember writing in here that Remy sounded like a man's name (Rémi in French) and even though someone suggested that perhaps the writers chose that name deliberately as a sideway reference to 13's bisexual nature, it looks like we gave them a little too much credit. Either that or they just changed their minds and changed the name. =) 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Aug 12 2008, 2:39 AM EDT Haha yeah I was the one who suggested about the name Remy being a bisexual reference. Since the Fox website is using Rena now, should the pages on House wiki be changed so they use her proper name? Do you find this valuable? |
