Can someone tell me what Cuddy said that triggered the a-ha moment for House? I watched the scene three times over and still can't figure out where he got the clue to solve the case."

"Hey we had it recorded on DVR and it cut out right at the hour mark and chopped off the last minute or two. The last words out of Wilson's mouth at that point were "One thing Amber taught me was...." What came next and how did it end, can anyone tell me??? please?"
