RE: Discuss episode 524 \| Both Sides Now here May 11 2009, 9:36 PM EDT "I KNOW! i cant believe it was just a dream! that makes me so sad! and the pill-lipstick clip was SO COOL but also confusing. and the end, with kutner, does that mean house killed kutner? and what did amber and kutner say to house(i dont remember) and what did it mean? IM SO CONFUSED AND SHOCKED!!!" At the end, Amber and Kutner were basically saying to House "You created your own story and made it your own happy ending, because that's what he wanted." But it wasn't the reality such as Kutner's suicide and Amber's death in the buys crash! Sooo sad! :( poor house! Post reply Do you find this valuable?

Maybe something positive will come from what is happening now, because this season finale absolutely....Stunk." there will be atleast 3 more seasons for sure cause season five is - 2008/2009 so that means... season six will be - 2009/2010 season seven will be - 2010/2011 and season eight will be - 2011/2012 :)yay! Nothing worse then a summer w/o House, lucky I have the first 4 season and preordered the 5th! i don't understand why they can't just have a new episode every day, though it might be a little much for the actors, they could have weekends off! xD Post reply Do you find this valuable?

He can be so rude and such, but he just seems to hide his true feelings more than anything, and to see him in the last scenes so helpless and vulnerable, made me cry so much. Gahh, I hate that a TV show can do that to me, but this one sure does. I just wish the writers would give House someone who could understand him, and accept him for who he is. A happy ending would be really nice. I hated this season finale so much! Now I'll be wondering what will happen to House until November! Post reply Do you find this valuable?

I also don't like that a tv show makes me cry. Especially, since I don't cry very often in the first place. Wilson accepts House for who he is, but at the same time he cares about him SO MUCH that he'll take him himself to a pysch hospital. He can't possibly stand seeing House worse than on his regular days. Imagine that, he's already a pretty depressed guy as it is, now all this happens. If the season ended happily it wold be no fun. Oh jesus November. Tooo long. Summer is a happy time, but it would be happier if I got to see House during it. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

RE: Discuss episode 524 \| Both Sides Now here May 11 2009, 10:09 PM EDT it doesn't make sense that house would lose his license to practice medicine if he had a psychiatric problem, it happens all the time in the medical professions, if tx is succesfull than the license isnt taken away, house md is being dramatic about that but i love hugh laurie, what an great actor, and all the other actors on the show, all outstanding, but the amber thing creeped me out Post reply 1 out of 1 found this valuable. I know they needed to give us a cliffhanger, but what a way to do it! It will make me want to watch the next season, just to see what happens to House, but I am really angry about the Chase/Cameron wedding, as I still had hopes they would break up and Cameron would go back to cheer up House. So does House have that "Alien Hand Syndrome" thing? Is one part of his brain doing one thing, and the other part doing the other? Is that why we see him playing with the Vicodin, when it's really the lipstick, and vice versa? And the flashbacks of him being mean to Cuddy, that wasn't really him right? I'm so confused...because some of you said it was a dream...can some one clarify? Thanks! Post reply Do you find this valuable?
sojourn	33. RE: Discuss episode 524 \| Both Sides Now here May 11 2009, 10:13 PM EDT I don't understand the psychiatric ward angle. He can't come out healed because that would ruin the show. I would understand if it was a drug treatment center. I expect that his stay in the psyche hospital will make him worse in some ways which will add to the story. He may suffer PTSD, or something, from his experiences there. He won't be addicted to vicodin anymore, but that would almost be preferable to how he is after the psyche. Just a guess. But good way to generate interest to see what happens in the next season. This is a great show. It helped me recover from a year in which I had a number of surgeries. I don't know how. But I had not watched it on tv and began watching the dvd's from season 1 and have been following it ever since. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

Usually when a person gets to the point House was at, they can't do an out patient at that time, as it's considered an emergency intervention. The patient is often admitted to the emergency room, or taken straight in to the psychiatric facility as an in patient. Once they see a positive change, and believe the patient is no longer a danger to themselves or others, then they can move on to out patient treatment. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

It was very sad at the end, him alone. I wonder which House will appear next year.......can't wait. I feel the same way, as it needs to be brought out into the open more, and this show is teaching that anyone can have a mental illness... even someone as intelligent as House.
